This site is dedicated to the health and healing of our planet one person at a time.
In March 2006 I completed the 700-hour massage therapy program at the
Colorado School of Healing Arts.
I opened my private practice on April 1, 2006
and am pleased to announce that I am also a certified Reflexologist; and offer the benefits of essential oils, Chinese Cupping, the use of a Wobble Chair, and Ionic Foot Spa in my practice. Raindrop Therapy is a very popular and therapeutic treatment for many health challenges.
I am enjoying the fourth year of private practice and am grateful for the opportunity to share the healing arts with my clients. I appreciate my very loyal clients who understand the importance of regular massage. My practice has very few openings, as my regular clients return every month.
My knowledge and appreciation for the use of essential oils has grown tremendously in the past several years. In addition to the regular use of essential oils in my daily self-care, I use them regularly in my massage practice.
In 2010, I will continue donating 10% of all gross earnings from the website Marketplace and my practice to non-profit organizations dedicated to ending hunger, suffering and injustice in the world.
As I retire from my 30 year career as a health care administrator, I am excited to leading health and wellness classes and hosting additional educational opportunities in Denver, Colorado.
Eight Weeks to Wellness is the first regular class and begins on January 18, 2010 at 5:30pm.
Eight Weeks to Wellness was inspired by Dr. Andrew Weil's best selling book, 8 Weeks to Optimum Health, and is a simple and systematic approach to holistic health and wellness practices.
You will learn basic information and weekly processes to aid you in adding healthy habits to your lifestyle, thus enjoying healthier years in your life. You will learn skills and get support whether you want to lose or manage your weight, stop smoking, start a regular exercise program or enjoying better nutrition.
This free class is a Heart of Service at People House, which is located at 3035 W 25th Avenue. Please register for your first class.
