Tuesdays @ 5:30 at the People House (Chapel) starting January 5th, $8 drop-in or $20 for 4 classes Class contact information is: Focusing on the “entirety” of a person is Elissa Hardy’s mission. Everything we experience affects us on all levels: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Elissa has been practicing yoga for over ten years. First coming to the mat for some extra stretching after running, she soon discovered that there was so much more to be obtained from yoga, and after moving to Denver in 2005, discovered who she is on a yoga mat. In April of 2009, Elissa completed the yoga teacher training at Samadhi Center for Yoga. Elissa is a Reiki Master Teacher and has a Masters in Social Work. She teaches energy healing classes and manages two programs for a non-profit agency in the Denver area. Combining energy, asana, breath and positive thinking, she is passionate about guiding others in finding their path and showing people that everyone has the ability to achieve their goals as long as they believe in themselves.
